Yacht Stewardess Training - Lifestyle of exotic travel and meeting new people all over the world, while earning money, are just some of the exciting benefits working on a Yacht. The work is demanding and with our Yacht Interior course taught by Industry professionals, you will be prepared with the basics of working on a Yacht, how to become a yacht stewardess, networking, bar tending and food service. This is the ideal course if you are wanting to find a yacht job without experience. In addtion to professional training, the course will cover all the pre-requisites for working on a yacht including documentation and certificates, preparing resumes, recruitment agencies, interview techniques and you will also be invited to both our network groups.

This will include a basic overall introduction to working on yachts such as day to day expectations, tips on writing your CV, general terminology, a broad understanding of how a yacht operates.

You can take the course along with our exclusive 2 day STCW basic training blended course (Online and 2 day practical’s) and the required STCW Maritime Security online course (Personnel with Designated Security Duties).

Not sure which direction you’d like to go? Perhaps just looking for a broad knowledge of many aspects of yachting. A complete cross training for all departments.
This incredibly extensive introductory course begins with the fundamentals and then moves into the things that will help make you a more complete team player. It touches on topics such as basic protocols that every yachtie should know. It then teaches rudimentary seamanship tools like essential knots and imperative requirements such as service etiquette and galley must haves. It will even explain some basic engineering needs!

Seven Seas Preparatory Academy offers an exclusive 2 Day STCW Basic Training Blended course (formerly the STCW Basic Safety Training Course as per STCW 95 & 2010). The STCW course that is a combination of online courses, covering the four parts of Basic Training, followed by 2 days of practical training. STCW Basic Training is a required safety course for all crew. The practical portion covers Fire Fighting, Personal Survival Techniques, and Basic First Aid/CPR. The course is US Coastguard approved and recognized Worldwide.
